Rose first tried ‘rowing’ in Michaelmas 2020, in which all she saw were ergs, ergs, and more ergs but never a boat on the river! Still, she was hooked and decided to continue novicing into Easter term 2021 when she finally got into a real boat and caught the rowing bug for real. Rose rowed for N1 in both terms and finished the year rowing in June Eights’ Regatta. She then rowed with the 2nd VIII in Michaelmas and Lent, and with the 3rd VIII in Mays. She was Social Sec with Cat for 2021-22, and they are now continuing to work together as IT Officers for 2022-23!
